On this week's episode we go in to depth about Alkaline diets with special guest Allison Mulvaney.  Allison has a vast background in nutrition and health and teaches both at the middle school and collegiate levels.  Allison reveals what foods are considered alkaline and what the benefits of shifting your eating style in that direction are.   We also discuss the potential risks of acidic foods, what nightshades are and what an NFL athlete and an arthritic person have in common.  Allison breaks it down to the cellular level and of course can back it up with research studies!  Like, share and tag a friend - you don't want to miss this one!
